The online information service performs bibliographic research, answers queries regarding content and title registration and offers both one-off and regularly updated literature lists on the basis of user profiles.

All requests processed by the online information service are subject to a charge.

Orders are placed using the online order form and are a binding order with the obligation to pay for the fees resulting from the enquiry.
This applies also in case the information service remains without a result.
The requesting person is responsible that the copyright regulations are obeyed.
No responsibility can be taken for the correctness and completeness of the given information, except in cases of intention and of bad negligence.
