Apply to obtain clearance to submit online publications

Clearance to submit online publications is applied for using a web form in "Mein Konto".

Submission of monograph online publications

The metadata is transmitted along with the online publication to the German National Library using the web form for submitting monograph online publications.

Submission of periodical online publications - notification of title

The metadata of a journal which is being deposited for the first time, or the title of which has changed, is delivered using the title notification form.

Submission of periodical online publications - delivery

The metadata is submitted together with the online publication (an issue or an article of a pre-registered journal) using the delivery form.

Application of online university publications

The interactive application form for online university publications enables metadata to be recorded using the agreed XMetaDiss standard. The structured data is fed back to the applicant as soon as it has been recorded.

Notification of personal details

The author notification form is provided for notification of personal data for the Name Authority File (PND).
